🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a coordinator with strong situational awareness to serve as the operational hub for our ground transport teams.
As the Chief Driver, you are not just driving; you are managing the logistics of the tarmac. Your primary goal is to oversee the deployment of Loader/Drivers using our Resource Management System (RMS). You will ensure that manpower and equipment align perfectly with flight schedules to guarantee seamless aircraft turnarounds, even during peak times or unexpected disruptions.
📋 Core Duties & Impact
In this role, you will be responsible for the heartbeat of our airside movements:
Strategic Deployment: Assign Loader/Drivers to specific aircraft based on real-time data, including payload, flight numbers, and departure slots.
Team Oversight: Manage large operational teams, ensuring strict adherence to attendance schedules, discipline, and professional conduct.
Crisis Management: Coordinate instantly with Team Leaders to reshuffle resources during flight delays or schedule changes.
Fleet Maintenance: Utilize downtime effectively by directing drivers to refuel units and dispatching vehicles to Engineering for necessary servicing.
Operational Readiness: Maintain a continuous watch on staff availability to ensure we meet every commitment to our airline partners.
👤 Candidate Profile
To qualify for this position, you must possess the following background and skills:

Education | Completion of at least 10 years of formal schooling (or equivalent). |
Experience | Minimum 1 year of driving experience with solid exposure to airside/ramp operations. |
Knowledge | Familiarity with the layout and protocols of Dubai International Airport's ramp areas. |

Language | Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or Hindi is a distinct advantage. |
