Educational Qualification
The required qualification varies depending on the post.
Candidates with 10th qualification, ITI, Diploma, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BSW, BCA and other relevant degree qualifications can apply for different positions.
For example:
- Junior Driver: 10th pass with valid LMV and HMV driving licences.
- Assistant (Accounts): B.Com degree.
- Assistant (HR): BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BBM or BSW.
- Assistant (IT): BCA, BCS, BCCA, B.Sc Computer Science/IT or relevant computer qualification.
- Electrician: ITI/Diploma in Electrical trade with a valid Wireman Certificate.
- Accountant: Degree with CA/ICWA Intermediate qualification.
- Technician (Survey): ITI in Survey trade or Diploma in Surveying.
Some positions also require relevant work experience and/or a valid HMV driving licence.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit for the posts is 30 years as of September 1, 2026.
Age relaxation is applicable to eligible SC/ST, OBC-NCL, PwBD and Ex-Servicemen candidates as per Government of India rules.
Salary
The selected candidates will receive salary according to the applicable MECL pay scale.
The salary ranges include:
- Accountant: ₹22,900 – ₹55,900
- Technician/Assistant and other W-4 posts: ₹20,200 – ₹49,300
