🧳 Role Overview: Cabin Services Assistant (CSA)
As a Cabin Services Assistant, you’ll play an essential support role in maintaining Emirates’ impeccable standards onboard the A380.
Although you won’t serve food or beverages, your work ensures that every passenger enjoys a clean, elegant, and comfortable environment throughout their journey.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Purser and Senior Flight Supervisor (SFS) to uphold the signature luxury and hygiene Emirates is famous for.
✨ Key Duties and Responsibilities
As part of your day-to-day responsibilities, you will:
Maintain and prepare the First Class Shower Spa, ensuring it remains spotless for every guest.
Monitor and refresh lavatories across all cabin classes to meet the highest hygiene standards.
Support the maintenance of onboard lounges in premium cabins.
Conduct regular checks to guarantee a consistently pristine cabin environment.

🎓 Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Completion of at least 10 years of schooling or equivalent qualification.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service with a luxury hotel, airline, or hospitality brand.
Preferred Background: Housekeeping or guest services experience in the hospitality sector.
Language: Fluent English, both spoken and written.
Additional Advantage: Experience with in-flight or administrative support roles.
