📋 The Role & Roster
Schedule: Intensive roster of 15 days on-duty (24-hour shifts) per month, totaling 360 hours.
Key Responsibilities: Managing tracheostomy and catheter care, preventing bedsores, and administering enteral feeding (NGT/PEG).
Environment: Must be confident working independently in a patient's home.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Education: B.Sc Nursing or GNM.
Licensure: Must hold a valid MOH or DHA license as an Assistant Nurse.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a clinical or homecare setting.
Profile: Age 20–40 | Minimum Height: 5 ft | Healthy BMI.
Language: Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
