📋 Role Descriptions & Responsibilities
1. Masons (Block / Plaster / Tile)
Construct and repair walls/structures using bricks, blocks, and structural tiles based on technical blueprints.
Execute high-quality plaster and stucco finishes on interior/exterior walls using specialized troweling techniques.
Perform precise tile cutting and fitting for floors and walls, navigating around obstacles effectively.
Prepare mortar and grout mixtures to exact specifications for structural integrity.
Ensure all surfaces are perfectly aligned, vertical, and horizontal using precision leveling tools.
2. Plumbers & Multi-Technicians
Manage the installation and maintenance of pipes, fixtures, and valves for gas and water distribution.
Troubleshoot and rectify faults in plumbing and electrical circuits using diagnostic tools.
Execute preventive maintenance on HVAC, heaters, and electrical panels to avoid downtime.
Plan technical installations by interpreting building codes and blueprints.
Provide rapid response to emergency repairs (leaks, blockages) to ensure facility safety.
3. Waterproofing Specialists
Analyze joints and surfaces to detect water ingress risks and select appropriate treatments.
Apply bituminous, liquid, or cementitious waterproofing to roofs, basements, and wet zones.
Install waterproofing sheets/geofabrics with heat-welded or chemically bonded seams.
Prep substrates by cleaning debris, priming surfaces, and sealing cracks.
Perform flood testing on finished installations to guarantee leak-free barriers.
4. Carpenters (Gypsum & Shuttering)
Install suspended ceilings and gypsum partitions adhering to acoustic and design standards.
Fabricate and strip wooden formwork for reinforced concrete, ensuring dimensional accuracy.
Analyze structural drawings to position scaffolding and timber supports correctly.
Cut and join wood or metal studs with precision to minimize material waste.
Keep the worksite organized and equipment maintained in line with safety protocols.
5. Pump Technicians
Commission and install industrial/domestic pumps (centrifugal, submersible, booster).
Monitor vibration and mechanical wear (bearings/seals) to prevent unexpected failures.
Overhaul pump assemblies, replace worn parts, and recalibrate for optimal pressure.
Troubleshoot automated sensors and control panels at pumping stations.
Maintain comprehensive service logs for performance tracking and maintenance scheduling.
6. Supervisors
Direct on-site trade crews to ensure projects meet timelines and quality benchmarks.
Control equipment use and material consumption to manage costs and avoid delays.
Enforce strict health and safety standards through daily briefings and inspections.
Collaborate with engineers to solve technical conflicts and clarify specifications.
Report progress to management, highlighting milestones and resource needs.
