Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer contacts: reservations, ticketing and cargo quotations.
- Issue tickets and comply with airline rules, fare conditions and documentation requirements.
- Advise customers on travel documents, visa and health requirements.
- Promote ancillary products such as Skywards, upgrades, hotel bookings and Dubai stopovers.
- Maintain accurate sales records, support daily closing and handle banking tasks when required.
- Follow up on cargo bookings, provide shipment updates and liaise with operations teams.
- Build customer loyalty through proactive, personalized service.
Required qualifications & skills
- Minimum of 10 years of formal education (or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills and customer-service mindset.
- Comfortable in a sales-driven, fast-paced contact centre environment.
- Good IT literacy — Microsoft Office and email systems.
- Familiarity with airline reservation and ticketing processes; cargo procedures is a plus.
- Knowledge of Skywards/MARS systems advantageous; Arabic language skills desirable but not mandatory.
