Key Responsibilities

  • Safely transport embassy officials, guests, and visiting delegations to scheduled destinations.
  • Conduct daily checks on vehicles including fuel, oil, brakes, battery, and tyre condition.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety, and service schedule at all times.
  • Record daily logs, mileage, and fuel consumption accurately.
  • Ensure punctuality and maintain professionalism during official duties and VIP movements.
  • Be flexible with working hours, including short-notice assignments.
  • Assist in administrative or logistical support for other embassy departments when needed.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Should be capable of obtaining a UAE Police Clearance Certificate.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and basic IT knowledge.
