About the Role – Receptionist

The Receptionist will act as the first point of interaction for visitors, clients, and candidates. This role plays an important part in creating a professional environment while ensuring smooth communication and efficient office operations. Along with front desk duties, the candidate will support multiple departments with administrative responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Operate the front desk by greeting guests, managing phone calls, and directing visitors to the appropriate department.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing documents, including mail, courier services, and internal messages, with proper record keeping.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: High school or diploma in any discipline.
  • Personality: Professional, approachable, and presentable with a positive attitude.
  • Technical Knowledge: Ability to operate office systems, basic computer skills, and standard software knowledge.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with good interpersonal skills.
  • Experience: Freshers can apply; however, 1–2 years of front office or administrative experience will be an added advantage.
  • Other skills include organization, time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
